By using Laces, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. Laces is a price comparison tool, not a marketplace. We do not sell sneakers or facilitate transactions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Laces ("the Service"), operated by Laces AI ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Laces AI.

2. Description of Service

Laces provides:

  • Sneaker price aggregation from third-party marketplaces (StockX, GOAT, eBay)
  • Price tracking and alert notifications
  • AI-powered price predictions and market analysis
  • Release calendar and drop notifications

Important: We are an information service, not a marketplace. We do not sell sneakers, hold inventory, or process payments for sneaker purchases. All transactions occur on third-party platforms.

3. Data Accuracy & Limitations

  • Prices may not be real-time. Data is cached and refreshed periodically. Always verify on the source platform before purchasing.
  • AI predictions are not financial advice. Our price predictions are for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon for investment decisions.
  • Availability is not guaranteed. Sneakers shown may be out of stock or unavailable in your size.

4. User Accounts

When creating an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain the security and confidentiality of your credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Be at least 13 years old (or age of majority in your jurisdiction)

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any laws
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data without written permission

Sneaker images, brand names, and product information are the property of their respective owners and are used for informational purposes under fair use principles.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or timeliness of any information provided through the Service. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for any decisions made based on information provided by the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Laces AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
